  • What Size should I order?
  • The size conversion chart that is available on each product page will solve your sizing queries. All product sizes are mentioned as per the international sizing chart used by designers. However, sizes may vary across designers, and we can further help by providing you the exact product dimensions so that you can compare it with your own.
  • Does Beorgeous offer alterations?
  • Alteration is not available to customers outside India. Email us at customercare@beorgeous.com to request for alterations and we will get back to you with the process and pricing. However, once you have placed a request for alteration of a garment, be assured that you will not be able to return the item. Alterations are applicable to additional charges including shipping of the product.
  • Are colors shown on the website accurate to the garment?
  • We strive to try and display the colors of the garment as accurate as possible on our website. However, we cannot give you a 100% guarantee that the colors of the garment will match the colors viewed on an electronic device. Take note that sight variations may occur in hand embroidered item.
  • Can I place an order for an item that is out of stock?
  • For a sold out item, select the size of your choice and write to us at customercare@beorgeous.com or call us and we will get back to you at the earliest.
  • Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
  • You can cancel your order only within 24 hours of placing the order. We do not provide refunds for any products once sold.
  • My Item has arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
  • If we have made a mistake from our end by sending you an incorrect item, garment size or damaged item, please send us an email at customercare@beorgeous.com with a photograph of the garment. We will return it to you with the correct item/ garment sizeStill have a query?

  • Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
  • Yes. You can browse through the collection without creating an account and select merchandise you like. But, to be able to buy, you need to set up an account which is a fairly easy process.
    Register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Beorgeous.com account:
    - Track your orders and review past purchases
    - Request your return or exchange directly from your account
    - Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time
    - Manage your account details, address book and email preferences
    - To create an account, simply click on 'SIGN IN' and then 'REGISTER NOW' to fill in your details.
  • Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
  • We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times
  • Can I track my order?
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting MY ACCOUNT followed by ORDER STATUS
  • How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
  • For Indian Customers.

    For International Customers.
    Product Prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
